The buyer seeks a contractor to perform physical inventory audit services for nine warehouses along the State Water Project. The contract term is two years with an option to renew for one additional year. • Workforce with minimum three years experience in physical inventory services
• Minimum of ten qualified personnel
• Provide resumes for all personnel showing three years of experience
• Supply company Policies and Procedures for physical inventory process
• Possess current California City or County business license or equivalent

• Perform physical inventory on nine warehouses along the State Water Project
• Count and verify inventory items at each warehouse location
• Reconcile physical counts with existing inventory records
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory quantities
• Provide detailed inventory reports for each warehouse
• Follow company policies and procedures for physical inventory process
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to access inventory areas
• Use appropriate inventory counting equipment and technology
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the audit process
• Complete inventory audits within specified timeframes
