Services include 24-hour crisis support, counseling for various issues, substance abuse professional availability, and coordination with healthcare providers.

• Provide 24-hour phone crisis line and accessible facilities
• Conduct orientation meetings for employees and administrators
• Offer counseling for various issues including chemical dependency and job stress
• Perform assessments for long-term therapeutic intervention
• Provide immediate services for employees in crisis
• Conduct in-house self-help seminars for employees
• Coordinate with health care provider for in-patient and outpatient care
• Provide quarterly confidential statistical reports on EAP usage
• Publish and distribute quarterly newsletter to employees
• Offer employee grief counseling for catastrophic incidents/deaths
