The buyer requires digital services for the development and maintenance of the Motus/Hydra database system. The project involves implementing seismic algorithms, managing real-time and delayed seismic data, and performing data analysis. The contractor will work on integrating moment tensor algorithms, troubleshooting existing systems, and designing solutions for identified issues. The work supports the Advanced National Seismic System National Earthquake Information Center's mission of rapid earthquake response and research.

• B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science for senior staff
• Experience in real-time seismic data acquisition and processing
• Knowledge of scientific programming and relational database development
• Basic knowledge of seismology, especially moment tensor computation

• Implement and integrate Mwr algorithm into common framework
• Integrate Mwb algorithm into common moment tensor framework
• Persist, manage, and organize real-time and delayed seismic data
• Perform data analysis of NEIC managed data
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing NEIC systems
• Design and implement solutions for diagnosed issues
