• In-house staff or subconsultants FDOT pre-qualified in Work Classes 16, 28, and 38
• Current State of Florida Certified General Contractor's License or specialty in good standing
• Current Osceola County Occupational License

• Purchase, install, maintain, modify, and repair electronic traffic control devices
• Install and maintain traffic signal cabinets and controllers
• Set up and maintain system communications for traffic systems
• Install and maintain concrete poles and mast arms for traffic signals
• Implement intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and related components
• Install and maintain flashing beacons and detection systems
• Install overhead and underground communication wires, cables, and conduits
• Install and maintain overhead or ground mounted signs
• Perform pavement marking
• Provide maintenance of traffic in accordance with FDOT standards
