North Carolina Department of Transportation

The buyer is seeking experienced proposers to administer the Logo Program in North Carolina. The project includes administration, marketing, customer service, design, construction, maintenance, and reporting for the entire program. The Design-Builder will be responsible for managing finances, determining business eligibility, and coordinating with the Department on various aspects of the program. The primary purpose is to manage the Logo Program pursuant to North Carolina House Bill 199.

• Administer overall Logo Program strategy and processes
• Manage finances and remit revenue share to the Department
• Market the Logo Program to potential customers
• Provide high-quality customer service to existing and potential customers
• Develop and implement business eligibility plan
• Conduct initial inspection of all existing Logo Program signs
• Design signing plans in accordance with MUTCD and NCDOT standards
• Fabricate and install signs, business mileage panels, and trailblazers
• Perform annual inspections and maintenance of all signs and supports
• Coordinate with Department on construction projects
