• Conduct industry rate analysis for New York State livery industry
• Recommend rates for various business segments, coverages, territories, and policy limits
• Produce rate classification recommendations with specific qualities
• Participate in meetings to discuss study findings and rate recommendations
• Provide hearing-related services if required
