• Develop Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF framework
• Create Architecture Migration Plan with governance and change management
• Build capacity of digital health leaders on EA frameworks
• Establish EA repository and implement tools
• Conduct operational resiliency exercise for critical IT infrastructure
