The buyer is seeking a Passive Identification Friend or Foe (PIFF) system for Air Missile Defense Planning and Control Systems and Integrated Battle Command System. The system must be capable of providing air track data on a Local Area Network. The buyer requires approximately 486 PIFF units to be produced over multiple fiscal years. The system should be non-developmental, easily maintainable, and cyber compliant.

- Develop non-developmental Passive Identification Friend or Foe (PIFF) system
- Integrate PIFF with AMDPCS and IBCS architectures
- Produce 486 PIFF units over multiple fiscal years
- Incorporate Multi-Channel Receiver for various ASTERIX formats
- Implement cyber compliance and Risk Management Framework
- Support IPv4 and/or IPv6 network addressing
- Ensure exportability for Foreign Military Sales
- Provide maintenance, inspection, and repair capabilities
- Demonstrate track completeness, correctness, and continuity
- Comply with Berry Amendment for specialty metals
