- Review construction documents and confirm understanding with Architect of Record and Lead Inspector
- Inspect construction for compliance with DSA approved documents
- Identify and report deviations from approved construction documents
- Submit Project Inspector Verified Reports per DSA requirements
- Manage and monitor work of specialty inspectors and testing laboratories
- Verify contractor maintains as-built drawings
- Provide daily reports on construction status and progress
- Meet with District's management to discuss projects and issues
- Utilize DSABox procedures and other required technologies proficiently
- Prepare deliverables in accordance with applicable codes and District standards
