Buyer is seeking providers for ATOD Prevention Services for FY 2025/2026. The services include various federal strategies such as information dissemination, education, alternative activities, problem identification and referral, environmental strategies, community-based processes, and intervention. Providers may submit intent to apply for any or all service areas. The buyer aims to enhance prevention and treatment services for alcohol, tobacco, and drug abuse disorders in the community.

• Demonstrated experience in providing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention services
• Ability to meet fiscal/contracting requirements
• Recent independent audit report or notarized financial statement
• Documentation of 60 days cash operating capability
• Act 33 and Act 34 Compliance Certification if treating adolescents
• Notarized statement indicating no civil or criminal violations in past two years
• Adherence to recognized code of ethics
• Program Organizational Chart

• Provide information dissemination on alcohol, tobacco, and drug use
• Conduct educational activities with two-way communication
• Organize alternative activities to deter ATOD use
• Implement problem identification and referral services
• Establish or change community standards and attitudes
• Enhance community ability to provide prevention and treatment services
• Offer intervention services to reduce risky substance use behaviors
• Develop and implement prevention programs for various federal strategies
• Collaborate with community organizations and build coalitions
• Assess and refer individuals for structured treatment if needed
