The buyer is seeking a contractor to provide software support, preventive maintenance, and on-call services for physical security, access control, and surveillance systems. Services will be provided at multiple SCO facility locations in California. The contractor must be certified and experienced in maintaining specific security systems. The agreement term is for two years with an option to extend for one additional year.

• Be a Certified Software House Dealer
• Be an authorized ExacqVision Enterprise re-seller
• Have minimum 5 years experience installing/maintaining access control systems
• Provide at least one primary service technician certified for C*Cure 9000

• Provide software support for physical security systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on access control systems
• Deliver non-emergency and emergency on-call services
• Maintain surveillance systems at multiple SCO facility locations
• Support C*Cure 9000 and ExacqVision Enterprise systems
