Early Learning Childcare Recruitment and Training

The buyer seeks a qualified entity to develop and administer a program to expand the number of early education/childcare teachers in Jefferson County. The program aims to attract new interest in the profession, provide training and job preparation, and help overcome barriers to employment. The successful contractor will be responsible for outreach, training, and reporting outcomes. This program is funded through ARPA-SLFRF to address childcare staffing shortages resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
