- Certified Administrator of TxCDBG Program by TDA
- Not debarred or suspended from EPLS in SAM
- Develop application for 2025-2026 Texas Community Development Fund
- Assist with grant administration if awarded
- Establish recordkeeping system consistent with program guidelines
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports
- Assist with environmental review process
- Help with real property acquisition procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor standards
- Prepare financial reports and drawdown requests
- Assist with project closeout procedures
- Coordinate responses to monitoring visits
