Edwards Aquifer Authority

Buyer seeks a contractor for media, outreach, and newsletter communications for the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan. The project involves creating newsletters, enhancing program participation, developing promotional materials, and producing video content. The contractor will work closely with EAHCP staff to communicate conservation efforts and protect endangered species in the Edwards Aquifer and related spring systems.

• 10/18/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Previous project experience must have been completed in the past 5 years

• Attend EAHCP committee meetings, workshops, and EAA Board meetings
• Develop and publish six bi-monthly EAHCP electronic newsletters
• Provide EAHCP content and photos for six EAA newsletters
• Attend stakeholder meetings for Springflow Protection Programs
• Assist in enhancing participation in ASR and VISPO programs
• Develop content for promotional materials for regional lunch meetings
• Create six EAHCP Conserve Newsletter hardcopy newsletters
• Provide videography and miscellaneous media content work
• Produce four video productions of ten minutes or less
• Complete all deliverables by December 31, 2025
