Buyer seeks a facilitator to conduct 1-2 annual species workshops for its Division of Wildlife Conservation. The facilitator will manage workshop logistics, develop agendas, facilitate discussions, and produce summary reports. Workshops aim to inform 5-year management plans and research for various wildlife species. The contract will run for 2 years with potential for 1-3 meetings annually.

• Experience facilitating complex discussions in large formal group settings
• Strong knowledge of Alaskan wildlife management or proven track record facilitating such discussions
• Experience organizing multi-day workshops with diverse participants
• Minimum 2-3 years writing detailed scientific or technical reports

• Facilitate 1-2 species workshops annually for 2-3 days each
• Assist in developing workshop agendas and content preparation
• Manage logistics for workshops including venue and participant arrangements
• Facilitate productive discussions and capture key outcomes
• Produce written reports summarizing workshop proceedings and action items
