Buyer is seeking proposals for a Strategic Plan for the Usage of Opioid Settlement Funds. The plan will detail the long-term strategy and process for dissemination of funds slated to be received over the next fourteen years through various settlement agreements. Buyer aims to address the opioid crisis within the county through evidence-based or evidence-informed programs and strategies. The selected grantee will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan with community input and collaboration.
