• Comply with federal and New Hampshire laws and regulations
• Located in New England or available for in-person meetings
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage

• Prepare and issue RFP for standard, centralized telephone system
• Identify relevant phone system data to be gathered
• Review proposals and prepare written recommendation for award
• Help negotiate and develop contract with successful bidder
• Manage telephone system RFP/contracting process
• Recommend method for CCSNH to award the RFP
• Work with CCSNH through the procurement process
• Provide detailed project work program and schedule
