Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to provide revenue-generating transit marketing and advertising services. The project includes managing advertising on the Island Metro bus fleet, interior digital screens, and multimodal facility kiosks. Buyer requires the contractor to handle all aspects of advertising sales, production, installation, and maintenance. The contractor must also assist with marketing needs and follow all relevant regulations.

• Develop and make sales of advertising space on transit fleet and facility
• Install, maintain, and remove advertising displays on transit vehicles
• Manage digital advertising content on interior screens and kiosks
• Create a marketing plan for the department's needs and vision
• Assist with creating RFPs/ITBs for limited space advertising opportunities
• Ensure compliance with TxDOT regulations and FTA Circular Guidelines
• Handle client sales, production, billing, and revenue collection
• Provide high-quality full-size advertisements for unsold spaces
• Maintain at least 80% occupancy of available advertising spaces
• Create and distribute marketing materials for Island Metro
