Buyer seeks a qualified individual or organization to facilitate the update of its 2008 Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP). The project involves stakeholder engagement, data analysis, meeting facilitation, and technical writing. The updated CWPP will aid in planning and prioritizing wildfire risk reduction work at the county level. The project aligns with the 2020 update to the Montana Forest Action Plan.

• Provide technical assistance and limited data analysis
• Establish diverse stakeholder engagement and community involvement

• Provide technical writing and GIS services
• Publish final CWPP in print and digital format
• Interpret County Wildfire Risk Data
• Identify priority areas and planned implementation actions
• Produce outreach materials for public engagement
• Update and create geospatially represented Wildland-Urban Interface map
