Borough of Roselle

The buyer is seeking a qualified Planning Board Planner to provide professional planning services for the Borough of Roselle. The planner will work closely with the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and various departments. Services include preparing amendments, attending meetings, creating reports, and providing advisory services. The contract term is for the 2025 calendar year.

• 10/18/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 1/1/2025 - Contract Start Date
• 12/31/2025 - Contract End Date

• Minimum of ten years of experience in planning services
• Minimum of five years servicing the Borough of Roselle or other governmental entities
• Must possess a valid Professional Planners License in the State of New Jersey

• Perform professional planning and technical administrative consulting services for the Planning Board
• Prepare Master Plan and Land Use Ordinance Amendments
• Attend Planning Board and other special meetings
• Prepare special planning reports
• Assist Planning Board and staff on administrative and technical matters
• Provide professional planning advisory services
• Attend regular, special and emergency meetings of the Borough
• Interact with Borough personnel and other governmental agencies
