• Minimum three years of experience as a team sports photographer
• Provide qualifications, professional affiliations, certifications, and references

• Coordinate with Recreation Division to schedule team and individual photo days
• Provide staffing and equipment for timely and organized photo services across multiple locations
• Prepare and deliver informational forms/flyers detailing photography packages
• Provide standard photography packages for each Youth Sports Program participant
• Ensure packages are ordered and delivered by the end of the sport's season
• Provide one high-resolution digital copy of each team photographed
• Provide make-up days for late add-on orders as needed
• Work with staff and participants to resolve any problems or discrepancies
