Buyer seeks a consultant to conduct a third-party assessment of its Performance Evaluation process and document. The assessment will provide recommendations for future employee evaluation approaches and processes based on best practices and emerging trends. Buyer requires a detailed final report and evaluation tool that considers its multi-faceted work areas and provides best practice recommendations. The project should be completed within 60 calendar days.

• Experience working in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with similar projects of comparable size and scope

• Recommend adaptable evaluation template
• Review rating factors and provide recommendations
• Review evaluation discussions with staff and customers
• Provide recommendations for strengthening internal communications
• Recommend strategies for aligning evaluations to Strategic Plan
• Deliver approved new evaluation tool and process
• Recommend staff training for effective evaluations
