The buyer seeks a vendor to create a 'hub' of resources to support sponsoring organizations with integrating updated Professional Standards for Teachers and implementing the Candidate Assessment of Performance. The vendor will compile, organize, and format exemplars and tools for the CAP Resources Hub to be posted on an easily accessible webpage. The hub will include resources from sponsoring organizations, an exemplar library of evidence, and resources for the Early Literacy Observation Tool. The project must be completed by June 30, 2025.

• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 level AA accessibility requirements
• Expertise producing public-facing, user-friendly resources
• Project management experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with MA educator preparation policies and programs
• Expertise in work, expectations, and needs of educator preparation programs
• Familiarity with educator preparation performance assessments

• Compile and organize CAP and PST implementation tools from sponsoring organizations
• Select and refine high-quality resources aligned with CAP Guidelines
• Ensure resources are clear, visually appealing, and accessible
• Create exemplar library of evidence for Essential Elements
• Develop resources for Early Literacy Observation Tool
• Collaborate with DESE and sponsoring organizations on resource accuracy
• Provide stipends to facilitators of Communities of Practice
• Submit finalized materials for Resource Hub by June 2, 2025
