Buyer seeks a reliable and experienced partner for outsourced IT solutions for their financial system operating in a classified environment. The project requires expertise in agile methodologies, DevSecOps principles, and Linux systems. The work involves modernizing existing code, managing a helpdesk, and providing system administration and information security services. The contractor must have appropriate security clearances and the ability to work in a secure environment.

• Possess appropriate security clearances for personnel
• Have experience with secure facilities and working within secure channels
• Demonstrate ability to build or lease a SAPF environment

• Provide outsourced IT solutions for financial systems in a classified environment
• Utilize agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles for software development
• Modernize existing custom code documented in DOORS
• Provide Linux expertise, including Kubernetes experience
• Upgrade COTS ERP system from MS to Linux
• Implement emerging capabilities like RPA tools and AI bots
• Manage helpdesk and ticketing system for development and changes
• Provide system administrators and information security personnel
• Manage Domain on which financial software resides
• Build or lease a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) environment
