The buyer is seeking informational ERP awareness demonstrations from qualified vendors. The purpose is to educate city stakeholders on modern ERP software capabilities. Demonstrations will be conducted remotely and last up to three hours. Vendors should showcase their ERP products' functional breadth across city departments. This RFI is for research purposes only and will not result in a contract.

• Provide ERP software including majority of modules listed in Section 3
• ERP solution viable for governmental entities similar to City's size
• Relevant experience and knowledge in government/public sector industry

• Present live system demonstration of ERP features
• Cover procure to pay and hire to retire cycles
• Highlight functional breadth of ERP products across city departments
• Demonstrate grants management and contract management modules
• Show miscellaneous receivables billing and cash receipting capabilities
• Present permitting, licensing, and workflow automation features
• Illustrate facilities work order allocation and inventory tracking
• Demonstrate employee recruitment and risk management functionalities
