Buyer is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide Owner's Representative and Project Management services for their Operations Complex Construction Project. The project is anticipated to start construction in Spring 2025. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing the project from pre-construction through completion. Buyer will use a qualifications-based selection process to rank interested and qualified firms.

• 10/16/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/1/2025 - Construction Start

• Provide Owner's Representative services for Operations Complex Construction Project
• Manage project timeline and construction start in Spring 2025
• Coordinate with City staff and contractors throughout project lifecycle
• Oversee budget and cost management for the construction project
• Ensure compliance with local contracting rules and regulations
• Conduct quality control and assurance for construction activities
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present regular project status reports
• Assist in contract negotiations and administration
