Consultation Services for 2025-2030 Community Development Consolidated Plan

The buyer seeks proposals from professional consultants to complete the City's 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Action Plan for community planning and development activities. - Create PY 2025 Annual Action Plan with proposed activities and accomplishments
- Conduct community meetings and stakeholder interviews for public input
- Submit final Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan to HUD
- Perform environmental reviews and assessments as needed
- Train Community Development Staff on deliverables preparation
