Buyer is seeking a Technical Advisor to assist Adult Detention Reform Coordinators at the Metropolitan Detention Center. The advisor will help develop programs to reduce jail population, analyze data, research reform strategies, and facilitate relationships with partners. The scope includes developing and implementing population reduction plans and evaluation systems. Services will be provided for approximately 30 hours per week.
