• Fabricate eight facilities signs including single and double panel, upright two post signs
• Select appropriate materials suitable for outdoor use
• Incorporate Town branding elements and specific messaging into sign designs
• Provide optional installation services with separate pricing
• Submit fully engineered drawings including foundation and structural details for wind loads
• Verify actual sign locations with municipality representative and VDOT prior to installation
• Provide shop drawings showing fabrication, mounting system, and installation details
• Guarantee all materials and workmanship for five years from date of substantial completion
• Follow MUTCD guidelines for sign placement and lateral offsets
• Provide color and material samples as requested
