The signs will provide visitors with information on stewardship principles, recreation opportunities, and general details about the property. The project includes designing large mounted signs and smaller signs that can be mounted on U-channel posts. The buyer requires designs that are cohesive, adaptable, and identifiable as Summit County, while appealing to both local recreationalists and tourists.

- Design signs about 910 Ranch history and Utah regional history
- Ensure designs are cohesive, adaptable, and identifiable as Summit County
- Deliver high quality, print-ready digital files
- Collaborate with Lands and Natural Resources Department staff
