• Provide estimated ship date/lead time for each item
• Be an authorized reseller for NEC
• Include screenshot of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price with bid
• Submit bid through eMaryland Marketplace Advantage system
• Adhere to invoicing instructions and requirements
• Maintain pricing validity for at least 90 days after due date
• Deliver equipment by November 15, 2024
