• In business of sign manufacturing and installation for minimum 5 years
• Ability to obtain minimum insurance requirements
• Florida General Contractor License, permits, certifications

• Manufacture 8' tall x 10' wide LED illuminated, double-sided monument sign
• Install monument sign, including excavation, concrete & steel support
• Ensure electricity from breaker panel to sign
• Obtain required permits
• Provide maintenance documentation to Sanitation Department
