Community Engagement for West Glen Feasibility Study

Buyer is seeking proposals from qualified professional community engagement organizations to facilitate gathering community input for a feasibility study. The study will evaluate options for clean drinking water and centralized wastewater services for the unincorporated community of West Glen. Buyer intends to award a contract to one consultant for a duration of 8 months. The project aims to address high nitrate concentrations in drinking water and explore infrastructure solutions.

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for community engagement
• Attend minimum 4 project team meetings with county staff and partners
• Produce community engagement memorandum documenting process and findings
• Lead and facilitate community listening sessions/workshops at key project phases
• Provide bilingual facilitation in English and Spanish
