• Experience managing federally funded local public works construction projects
• Experience with specific project type
• Certified Administrator of TxCDBG Program by TDA
• Not debarred or suspended from the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS)

• Prepare grant application for 2025-2026 TxCDBG Program
• Provide overall management of TxCDBG grant if awarded
• Assist with project management and financial management
• Conduct environmental review and real property acquisition
• Manage construction activities and ensure civil rights compliance
• Assist with housing rehabilitation if applicable
• Provide audit and contract close-out assistance
