• Must be engaged in entertainment booking services for minimum 5 years within last 7 years
• Must be in good financial standing
• Must provide list of three governmental or commercial references for similar work

• Serve as main stage production agent and provide stage management services
• Oversee main stage entertainment contracts and negotiate on behalf of the City
• Develop overall site plan for the festival
• Coordinate with approved artisan vendors on load in, set up, and take down
• Manage and execute overall festival and performance accounting
• Oversee and secure tech and hospitality riders for main stage entertainers
• Provide on-site event management from load in to load out
• Recruit, negotiate with, book and process payment for musical entertainment acts
