- Must have been in business continuously for the most recent five years
- Minimum three years of experience performing specified services for similar government agencies
- Contractor shall be an independent contractor with experienced, knowledgeable staff
- Contractor shall be responsive and maintain excellent working relationships with City staff
- Produce and live broadcast City Council meetings
- Create event videos, marketing videos, and social media content
- Provide audio/visual system design and equipment maintenance
- Produce annual State of the City address
- Perform on-site and off-site video production for City events
