Services include live broadcasting, recording, and creating various video content for marketing and social media. The buyer also requires audio/visual system design and equipment maintenance. • 10/1/2024 - Deadline for Questions
• 10/11/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Must have been in business continuously for the most recent five years
• Minimum three years of experience performing specified services for similar government agencies
• Contractor shall be an independent contractor with experienced, knowledgeable staff
• Contractor shall be responsive and maintain excellent working relationships with City staff

• Produce and live broadcast City Council meetings
• Create event videos, marketing videos, and social media content
• Provide audio/visual system design and equipment maintenance
• Produce annual State of the City address
• Perform on-site and off-site video production for City events
