The system must integrate with the current Odyssey case management system. The buyer requires implementation in a pilot location followed by state-wide rollout. The project includes customizations, integrations, testing, training, and ongoing support.

  • Experience with public organizations preferred
  • Provide commercial off-the-shelf Digital Evidence System for submission and presentation
  • Implement DES in pilot location with approximately 5 courtrooms
  • Coordinate state-wide roll-out after successful pilot implementation
  • Integrate DES with current Odyssey case management system
  • Provide implementation services, customizations, integrations, and system testing
  • Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing maintenance and support
