Forsyth County Procurement Department

The buyer is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide equipment repair services for the Recycling & Solid Waste Department. Services include repair, maintenance, and emergency repair of compactors, containers, roll offs, bins and guides at three county recycling centers. The contract will cover calendar years 2025, 2026, and 2027. Repairs must be completed within 24 hours of initial call. The vendor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials required.

• Normally and routinely engaged in performing such services
• Properly and legally licensed to perform such work
• No conflicts of interest with respect to the County
• No record of judgments or pending lawsuits against the County

• Repair existing compactors, containers, roll offs, bins and guides
• Provide as-needed maintenance services
• Perform emergency repair services
• Complete repairs within 24 hours of initial call
• Provide written report on completed work within 24 hours
• Quote replacement components or parts prior to work
• Use qualified/certified technicians for all repairs
• Maintain access to parts for all covered equipment
