Buyer is soliciting bids for the purchase of custom signs, supplies, and traffic control devices on an as-needed basis. The contract period is for two years from the date of award, renewable for three additional one-year increments at the buyer's discretion. Vendor must provide various sign services, vinyl supplies, and traffic control devices. Delivery is required to the Public Works Department within specified timeframes.

• 10/10/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Fabricate custom signs
• Apply specialty films on customer supplied signs
• Perform sign shop fabrication activities
• Supply 3M High Performance Vinyl in various colors and sizes
• Provide traffic cones and other temporary traffic control devices
• Deliver finished signs to Public Works Department
• Offer expedited fabrication service within 3 business days
• Produce layouts for all signs subject to Department approval
• Apply Premium Graffiti Overlay on all signs
• Supply transfer tape in various sizes
