Buyer is seeking sources to provide USG and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) Services and AN/AAR-57(V) CMWS B-Kits Production. The CMWS must be integrated for DoD's rotary wing aircraft. Services include engineering, software development, logistics, integration, and testing. The effort supports fielded CMWS systems and includes production capability for international customers.

- Provide engineering study and analysis for CMWS
- Develop advanced IR missile jam code
- Perform system software development and sustainment
- Manage logistics for CMWS systems
- Conduct system integration and installation
- Provide testing support services
- Support Contractor Logistic Support efforts
- Perform Depot Repair and Maintenance of AN/AAR-57(V)
- Produce or manage production of AN/AAR-57(V) CMWS B-Kits
- Support approximately 2400 CMWS in the field
