• Familiarity with needs of low-income and at-risk youth in urban housing

• Design and facilitate youth programs focused on mentorship and academic support
• Plan and host community engagement events for youth residents
• Act as liaison between youth residents, DCHA and the community
• Plan and execute 1-3 daytime field trips for 100+ youth residents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to expand opportunities for youth residents
• Implement creative outreach methods to engage youth residents
• Develop newsletters and digital content to inform residents of opportunities
• Attend meetings with DCHA leadership to strategize and carry out tasks
• Track participation and impact of youth programs
• Develop and present end-of-term performance reports
