The system will track alarm permits, collect false alarm service fees, and interface with the city's CAD system. The contractor will handle permit registration, billing, collections, customer service, and reporting. The system must be implemented with no upfront costs or financial risk to the buyer.

  • 9/30/2024 - Deadline to Submit Requests for Clarification & Substitution
  • 10/4/2024 - Last Day for City to Issue Addenda
  • 10/9/2024 - Proposal Due Date
  • Minimum of two years successful similar experience
  • Ability to interface with city's Tritech Inform CAD system
  • Successfully implemented False Alarm Management Solution with other agencies using bi-directional CAD
  • Provide internet-based portal for public to register alarm systems and obtain permits
  • Generate and assign registration numbers automatically
  • Issue notices to alarm subscribers who fail to register
  • Produce and mail hardcopy bills monthly for false alarm fees
  • Collect all fees and fines, depositing monies into city-controlled account
  • Provide bi-directional interface with city's CAD system
  • Develop educational materials and coordinate public education plan
  • Maintain database and generate reports on false alarms and collections
  • Provide customer service via phone and web for public inquiries
  • Support billing suspension and revocation appeals process
