• Conduct a comprehensive brand assessment and audit of current branding
• Develop an integrated brand strategy and concept
• Create visual identity enhancements, messaging, and creative campaigns
• Execute brand strategy including creative elements and marketing plan
• Collaborate with existing Winthrop contracts and other contractors
• Provide presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and plans
• Respond to inquiries from Winthrop personnel within three business days
• Work with Winthrop staff to review and approve design concepts
• Develop messaging guides for consistent tone and voice
• Plan and place advertising with results tracking and analysis
