• Provide ITIL 4 Foundations training for 20 students
• Offer after-class phone support
• Allow free retake within one year for public classes
• Provide unlimited email support
• Supply instructor for training
• Furnish hard copy book for each student
• Conduct training in-person at vendor's location, ODOT location, virtually, or hybrid
• Be an Authorized Dealer for ITIL 4 Foundation
• Reference STS contract number on quote
• Submit completed Affirmation and Disclosure form with bid
