The buyer is seeking annual maintenance for data modelling software. The coverage period is from October 31, 2024, to October 30, 2025. This is a second-round solicitation as no viable quotes were received in the first round. The buyer is leveraging a DAS contract and will award to the lowest responsive and responsible DAS contract bidder. MBE vendors are encouraged to participate.

• 10/1/2024 - Begin Date
• 10/7/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 10/31/2024 - Coverage Start Date
• 10/30/2025 - Coverage End Date

• Must have an active DAS contract
• MBE certification required for MBE set-aside solicitation
• Must be able to provide services on State Term Schedule or Master Maintenance Agreement

• Provide annual maintenance for data modelling software
• Ensure software support coverage from 10/31/24 to 10/30/25
• Submit quote on company letterhead with contact information
• Include applicable state contract number in the quote
• Provide Certified Ohio MBE vendor number and expiration date (if applicable)
• Include STS or MMA vendor Contract Number (if applicable)
• List quantity and unit price for each line item
• Ensure funding availability to fulfill the entire order
