The buyer seeks evaluation services for the Suffolk County Family Treatment Court. The project aims to expand substance use disorder treatment for court-involved parents and children. The evaluator will design and implement an evaluation plan, collect and analyze data, and provide ongoing feedback for program improvement. The project term is from October 2024 to September 2029.

• Design process and outcome evaluation plan
• Develop evaluation instruments to collect required data
• Review current databases for necessary data collection
• Assist with data collection for quality assurance
• Ensure data collection for SAMHSA reporting requirements
• Track participants for GPRA court-client outcome data
• Prepare quarterly and annual evaluation reports
• Provide ongoing feedback for continuous quality improvement
• Produce final program evaluation report
