The buyer is seeking a financial technology vendor to provide a secure financial reporting software application platform. The platform will be used to produce the buyer's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). It will allow multi-users to collaborate and create the ACFR, with input, review, and feedback capabilities. The platform should streamline data flow and produce a printable ACFR within the system.

• 2/1/2025 - Period of Performance Start

• Continuously in business of providing Annual Comprehensive Financial Reporting solutions platform for at least three years
• Solution must have been in use for at least two years at other school districts or governmental institutions
• Proposed Implementation lead person shall have minimum three years successful experience in providing ACFR solutions platform

• Design and create a secure platform for LAUSD's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
• Set up the platform ready for use and provide post-setup support
• Allow upload of multiple Microsoft suite applications documents and Adobe pdf
• Assist with linking and automating workflow aspects in creating the ACFR
• Provide ease of page management and page content organization
• Include automatic numbering, header titles, footers, page breaks as needed
• Automate or provide ease in re-sizing embedded charts and graphs
• Allow for multiple users to log on with different editing abilities
• Provide updates to comply with changes in GASB
• Install and configure platform in Production, Test/QA, and Development environments
