Buyer is seeking information and ideas for re-establishing Immigrant Resource Centers. The centers aim to provide support services to immigrants, including outreach, needs assessment, acculturation, referrals, interpretation, counseling, and advocacy. Buyer requests feedback on service focus, staffing needs, contract provisions, and prioritization of services for each island in Hawaii.

• Conduct outreach to immigrant communities
• Perform intake and needs assessments for immigrants
• Provide information and acculturation services
• Offer referrals to community services
• Provide interpretation and translation services
• Deliver solution-focused counseling
• Advocate for immigrant needs and rights
• Develop and implement an outreach plan
• Create individualized service plans for participants
• Assist with applications for public benefits
