The buyer seeks an IT Applications Analyst to provide technical support and collaborate on IT solutions. The position involves Help Desk functions, hardware and software management, and creating documentation. The role requires strong technical skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to social justice. The position is full-time, based in Seattle, with potential for a hybrid schedule.

• Proficient in Office 365 collaboration platform and tools
• Windows 10 and 11 skills and account setup experience
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and common law firm applications
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, especially Teams Phone and Meetings
• Ability to provide diagnostic troubleshooting remotely and in person
• General networking knowledge and experience with Windows networks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience creating training documentation/directions
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals

• Provide Help Desk functions to solve computer, phone, or printing problems
• Install new hardware, software, and upgrades to workstations
• Assist with automation/scripting for existing products and services
• Document work and contribute to NJP IT's knowledge base
• Collaborate with teams and vendors for third-party application troubleshooting
• Maintain software and hardware inventory
• Create training documentation/presentations about current technologies used at NJP
• Assist Systems Administrators with patch management
• Participate in researching and testing new IT products and solutions
• Provide escalation path for complex support issues
