- Proficient in Office 365 collaboration platform and tools
- Windows 10 and 11 skills and account setup experience
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and common law firm applications
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, especially Teams Phone and Meetings
- Ability to provide diagnostic troubleshooting remotely and in person
- General networking knowledge and experience with Windows networks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience creating training documentation/directions
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
- Provide Help Desk functions to solve computer, phone, or printing problems
- Install new hardware, software, and upgrades to workstations
- Assist with automation/scripting for existing products and services
- Document work and contribute to NJP IT's knowledge base
- Collaborate with teams and vendors for third-party application troubleshooting
- Maintain software and hardware inventory
- Create training documentation/presentations about current technologies used at NJP
- Assist Systems Administrators with patch management
- Participate in researching and testing new IT products and solutions
- Provide escalation path for complex support issues
