The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey

The buyer seeks expert professional airport information technology and innovation consulting services on a call-in basis. Services include developing technology requirements, conducting studies, evaluating new technologies, and providing project management. The agreement will be for a four-year term from 2025 through 2029. The buyer may retain multiple firms for performance of the requested services.

• 10/3/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Demonstrate minimum of three projects in requested scope within last ten years
• Demonstrate minimum of two individuals with five years or two projects of comparable experience

• Develop functional, operational, business and technical requirements for technology systems
• Develop Concept of Operations and project management documentation for airport technology systems
• Conduct technology studies including market research, white papers, and cost benefit analyses
• Evaluate new disruptive technologies and develop mitigating or adaptive strategies
• Develop technology standards, KPIs, guidelines, and policies
• Provide project management for new technology innovation projects or pilots
• Support cybersecurity requirements for technology systems
• Develop and maintain data transfers and integrations between systems
• Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) for various datasets
• Support IT/OT/telecomms inventory efforts
